realism. His most famous book was The Call of the Wild, 1903. He died
November 22, 1916 in Glen Ellen, California
The
American author was never the focus of an FBI investigation, but he is mentioned
in FBI files as co-founder of the Inter-Collegiate Socialist Society. This
