Lt. William L. Calley invades the South Vietnamese village of My Lai that was an alleged Viet Cong stronghold. With just one unit of Charlie Company 1st Battalion 20th Infantry Calley is the officer responsible for the slaughter of between 300 and 500 unarmed villagers in the hamlet of My Lai.
